Real Concerts and Shout South Africa presents SHOUT comedy show "STOPRAPE - it`s no joke". SHOUT & South Africa`s top comedians will join forces and take a stand against Rape in aid of POWA on 13th July 2013 at The Sandton Convention Centre.

People Opposing Woman Abuse –POWA- is a “feminist, women’s rights organisation that provides both services, and engages in advocacy in order to ensure the realisation of women’s rights and thereby improve women’s quality of life”.

Executive Director POWA: People Opposing Women Abuse Nhlanhla Mokwena says: "It's great that it's all male. It's a call to good men to start doing something about the scourge. Let the good men speak up. Hopefully the audience will also be majority male. It's time we stop talking to ourselves regarding VAW (Violence against Women)"

MC Darren Whackhead Simpson, the host of 94.7 Highveld Stereo's Breakfast Xpress (previously known as The Rude Awakening), is famous for his hillarious on-air pranks, as well as co-starring in the hidden camera MNet show Laugh Out Loud and presenting Clipz.

Marc Lottering hails from Cape Town, and is considered by many to be amongst the hottest comics on offer from South Africa. Marc first burst onto the scene with a self-scripted one-man show in 1997, and has since continued to wow audiences. The name MARC LOTTERING has become synonymous with “sell-out seasons” across the country.

David Kau needs little introduction – One of the countrys top comedian and presenter and co-producer of the very successful – Blacks Only comedy show. Now also starring in big SA movie “ Blitz Patrolie”.

Nik Rabinowitz was raised on the mean, green streets of Constantia, Cape Town, a world of ride-bys, piano lessons, and unrelenting love and financial support from family members. Over the past ten years Nik has established himself as one of the country’s premier comics, well known for his multilingual satire and passion for goats. He's produced and performed seven one man shows, presents "The Week that Wasn't" on Talk Radio 702 / Cape Talk, and plays a legion of characters for ZA News.

Conrad Koch/ Chester Missing: As a political analyst come weekly columnist for award winning news site ZA News - Mr Chester Missing has broken new ground with his outrageous, hard-hitting, funny and frank interviews with South Africa’s political elite. The interviewees including Gwede Mantashe, Zwelinzima Vavi, Helen Zille, Mosiuoa Lekota, Blade Nzimande, Patricia De Lille, Bantu Holomisa and others.

Chris Forrest has been on the forefront of South Africa's comedy scene for close to ten years now. His unique dry sense of humour has made him one of the country's most popular comedians and ensured that audiences are left in stitches wherever he goes.

Despite being relatively new to the comedy scene, musical comedian Deep Fried Man has won multiple awards and performed at many of South Africa's biggest comedy events (Bafunny Bafunny, Blacks Only, The Heavyweight Comedy Jam and many more).
